Now a member of the Old Dominion Packard Club, I attended the fall 2009 meeting in Raphine, Virginia for my first exposure to Packard cars since high school. One of my senior classmates drove a 1937 Packard sedan to schoolback then in 1963 and 64. Prior to this fall meeting, that was the last time I had any contact with a Packard automobile, and I was reminded of that when I saw a couple of Packards at the meeting that were very similar to his.
